Get Juicy

Over the last seven days the hubs and I have been juicing and smoothing (my word) daily. We are doing a fast for health and mental clarity, including spiritual growth. During this time we are drinking lots of spring water and having fresh juice in the morning and a smoothie at night. One of our favorite juices is Dyanamik Green (go figure). I juice the following fruits and veggies to create this tasty drink filled with lots of nutrients and antioxidants.

Kale (filled with fiber and sulfur, both great for detoxifying the body and keeping the liver healthy)

Apples (well an apple a day keeps the doctor away, right?)

Pears (antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support)

Key limes (antioxidant, antibacterial, good source of potassium)

Ginger (supports digestive tract, anti-inflammatory, immune support)

Turmeric (anti-inflammatory, natural painkiller, emotional support)

Cucumber (detoxifies, hydrates, joint support)
