A real quick update. Caution: if you are squeamish skip reading day 6.
Day 6 – Aug 26, 2016
Got to sleep in late. Immediately grabbed my water that sits next to my bed and drank about half the blender bottle. Had 2 smoothies today and 1 bottle of Ginerberry Kombucha. The rest of the day all water. I have been a couple of places today that I have smelled some great foods and set with people eating and it’s not that I didn’t want food but at this point I am half way to my goal of 12 days. Why give up now. No Cheat Days!!!
I have noticed I haven’t had a bowel movement since day 2. It is weird to me because I usually have three a day, but it is good because that means I have expelled most everything out of my system naturally. But to be sure, my wife made a natural drink that helps to push anything left in your digestive tract out. I don’t know how long it’s going to take or if it is going to work at all because I don’t think anything is there.
If you have made it this far with me we are now halfway. I hope you are as excited as I am. We are on the home stretch, the back nine, so close but no cigar.
